If you do not have a Primary Care Provider you can visit any of our 16 Norton Immediate Care Centers or 8 Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens locations by reserving your spot online at NortonNow.com, or schedule a video visit with Norton eCare by logging into your MyNortonChart account.
If you choose to be tested for COVID-19, Norton Healthcare has expanded its testing options which include the following and do not require a referral from your Primary Care Provider:
- Drive thru testing at the Norton Respiratory Illness Testing Center at 2949 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville, KY 40220. Appointments are required and can be made at NortonHealthcare.com/RITC or by calling (502) 861-4611, option 1.
- Testing at your Norton Healthcare Primary Care Provider’s adult or pediatric office. Appointments are required and can be made at NortonNow.com, through MyNortonChart, or by calling your office.
- Testing at any of our 16 Norton Immediate Care Centers or 8 Norton Prompt Care at Walgreens locations. Patients are encouraged to reserve their spot online at NortonNow.com.
Finally, a coronavirus antibody test can show whether you were infected in the past. The test is done by a blood draw and is different from the nasal swab test, which looks for an active infection with the coronavirus/COVID-19. Your Norton Healthcare Primary Care Provider can perform the simple blood test that checks for antibodies that your body produced if you had COVID-19. Appointments are required and can be made at NortonNow.com or by calling your office.
